At altitude the air is thin, so the same chord and true speed give a much lower Reynolds number. A HALE section has to be efficient there, light, and willing to stall gently.

A racing multirotor is a set of propeller blades. A fixed-wing UAV is a cambered wing. They do not share a design lift coefficient, a Reynolds number or a stall requirement.

The section coefficients do not contain altitude. Altitude changes density, viscosity and the speed of sound, and through them the Reynolds number, the lift coefficient you must fly, and the Mach number.

A sailplane wing is a high-aspect-ratio device, so section drag matters. Maximum glide ratio and minimum sink are two different points on that polar.

A section test is useful when Reynolds number, trip, wall corrections and the drag method are stated. An uncorrected balance run at the wrong Re is not a referee for a computation.
