Terms of service — HENFOIL & HENSYNTH use

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of websites and software operated by HENDOI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Hendoi", "we", "us" or "our"), including hendoi.comand HENFOIL. By accessing or using our sites or products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

  • HENFOIL is a browser-based airfoil design, analysis, selection and optimization platform.

3. Engineering disclaimer (important)

HENFOIL provides conceptual and preliminary engineering analysis and decision support. Outputs are screening and design aids. They do not replace certification analysis, flight test, authority-approved methods, OEM analysis decks, or a licensed professional engineer's judgement.

You remain solely responsible for engineering decisions, safety assessments, regulatory compliance and any use of results in design, manufacture, operation or certification. Method labels, validity notes and "not implemented" markers in the software form part of the product's intended use.

4. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a security risk.
  • One login may be shared across Hendoi products where handoff is enabled; misuse of that handoff is still your responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorised access to other users' projects, accounts or our systems.
  • Probe, scan or overload the service beyond normal use without our written permission.
  • Upload malware, unlawful content or material you do not have rights to use.
  • Resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the products except as permitted by applicable law.
  • Misrepresent Hendoi outputs as certified, flight-cleared or authority-approved results.

6. Your content and licences

You retain ownership of files and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the products. You confirm you have the rights to upload the content and that doing so does not violate export-control, confidentiality or third-party IP rules that apply to you.

7. Our intellectual property

HENDOI, HENFOIL, the websites, software, documentation and branding are owned by HENDOI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the products under your plan, no licence is granted. Feedback you send may be used to improve our products without obligation to you.

8. Plans, payment, and renewal

HENFOIL is offered as a monthly subscription. The current plans are Student, Professional, and Team. The price, currency, usage limits, and what is included are the ones shown on the pricing page and again at checkout. Taxes may be added at checkout.

Checkout and payment are provided by Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for orders placed through that checkout. The Paddle entity named on your receipt is the seller of record for the payment. Paddle's checkout buyer terms apply to the order, invoice, tax, and payment. Product questions about HENFOIL go to support@hendoi.com. We do not store your full card number.

A paid plan renews each month at the price shown for that plan until you turn renewal off. You can do that from the Subscription page in your account with Cancel subscription, or by emailing support@hendoi.com from the account email. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. Turning renewal back on before that date resumes the next charge. Cancellation and refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

9. Third-party software and data

Reference datasets and published equations in our libraries remain subject to their own licences and attributions. We do not claim to supply OEM proprietary aircraft models or scraped third-party geometry without a lawful licence.

10. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. Pre-release or experimental features may change or be withdrawn without notice.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the websites, products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted error-free operation. Engineering results depend on your inputs, modelling choices and interpretation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HENDOI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and its directors, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business interruption, arising from use of the products or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the products or website in a twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected product or service in that period (or INR 10,000 if higher and required by mandatory law). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Hendoi harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the products, your uploaded content, your engineering decisions, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
